Meditation
Meditation is a key to unlocking the mysteries that reside within your being and the bridge between you and your Higher Self. Meditation offers numerous benefits for the mind, body and soul. For the mind, meditation offers the opportunity to gain insights into the spiritual workings behind physical reality; a more universal or cosmic perspective of reality; feelings of oneness with all living things; and a closer relationship with the Creator and the Spirit world.
Visualization
Visualization is a form of active meditation in which you activate and engage your power of imagination to create the result you desire. It is said that pictures and symbols are the original language in human communication. Visualization offers you the chance to revisit the hidden language of images and symbols as a way of enhancing your creative abilities.
Affirmations
Affirmations are simply declarations of something that is true. When we say that something is true we are affirming our words as our reality. For many of us, we were conditioned to believe negative things about ourselves and we grew up affirming these false beliefs with our words and our thoughts.
